Dear Parents I am a 40+ year old who loves the fun of caring for children. I have a Teaching Degree in Early Childhood and also a Journalism Degree with Drama and Creative Writing. I am definitely a creative type as well as sporty and clean/organised. I have full availability atm however ideally I am looking for one or two full day per week or a few mornings per week. I am also able to offer tutoring and homework support. I also have 20 years experience as a professional Entertainer (Singer, Dancer, Actor) around Australia and in England, Asia and the U.S, So I can do Performance lessons for your pre-teen (think Taylor Swift song/dance). Or if you have a baby or toddler I will sing to them/teach them…every nursery rhyme ever created. This great for their language development plus they will really enjoy it!

My love for working with children has been shaped by both personal and volunteer experiences that I believe would make me a great fit for your family. Previously, I cared for my niece and nephew, which taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and attentiveness. I also volunteered at a kindergarten in my hometown, where I developed skills in engaging children with fun, educational activities and managing group dynamics with care and safety as priorities. I’m a naturally creative and patient person, always willing to listen and adapt to each child’s unique needs. I understand the importance of fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, and I genuinely enjoy helping children grow, learn, and have fun.
