Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 6.30am to 4.30pm (30 hours per week.)

We are looking for a passionate, experienced Nanny to join our family. We are a family with four girls aged 5 months, 2 , 8 and 10 years. Your main role would be caring for the toddler and baby during the day whilst the older two are at school. Toddler will be attending Daycare on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so for two days a week you will just be caring for the baby. Occasionally, you may be caring for one or two of the older girls if they are home from school for some reason.

Position Description:
6.30am start, help get the two older girls ready for school, and the toddler ready for daycare if it’s a daycare day. Help with school drop-offs and taking the children to appointments (driving is a must).
Take baby (and possibly toddler) out for a walk in the pram, or to the park or library.
Some light household duties while the children sleep, if there is time and you are happy to do so (dishwasher, folding laundry, water plants, quick vacuum, take rubbish out, tidy up toys). We do have cleaners once a week so you would not be required to mop or clean bathrooms etc.
Maintaining tidiness and organisation in the children's rooms and common areas.
Liaise with service people as needed (cleaners, gardener, pool, plumber, electrician etc).
Food preparation.

Selection Criteria:
1. Minimum age 25 years (this is due to our car insurance)
2. Minimum 5 years experience as a nanny or in a childcare or teaching position.
3. Have experience with children on the Autism spectrum and be kind, patient and understanding of their needs.
4. Experience with toddlers and very young babies.
5. You must be fully vaccinated including Whooping Cough within the last 5 years.
6. Working With Children Check.
7. Police Check.
8. Current First Aid Certificate within the last 12 months.
9. References.
10. Must love dogs - we have a small Cocker Spaniel / Cavalier who is very excitable with new people.
11. Drivers license and a clean driving record.
12. You must be a non-smoker.

We are looking for someone who can commit until 3rd April initially (ten weeks contract, covering term 1 of the school year), with a view to extending this for the right candidate.

We would have you do some trial babysitting shifts (paid of course) before offering the role on an ongoing basis.

We are a family of 4 - Mum, Dad, and 2 children (9 & 7). I am looking for someone to do 3 afternoons a week. School pick up (from Bardon) until I get home from work around 5-6pm (we live at The Gap). Days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Some afternoons the children have activities that they will need to be dropped off/pick up, +/- supervision at, other days no set activities, but need homework supervision /help, a swim at the local pool, play in the backyard or just doing some Lego, coloring etc.
You would be required to organise afternoon tea, and possibly minor dinner preparation.

One family has a boy who is 1 and needs to be picked up from Childcare (CBD) around 4pm every Tuesday and cared for until 7pm at residence in Milton.

Looking for someone to help out Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon with school pick ups, driving to after school activities, bath and dinner. Hours are 2.00pm (ish) - 6pm Monday to Wednesday. It is for three children aged 13, 10 and 6, however most of the time spent with the 10 and 6 year old as the 13 year old will be commuting to high school and likely only need train station pick ups. Work will be during school term with some possible hours (not as frequent) during school holidays. Also possibility of extra time on other days if there is availability some weeks, but not essential to be right for the job. Applicants should have a car to drive kids around in (we will supply the car seat for the 6 year old). Will include some light housework like laundry also. We also have a puppy (around 8 months) so you will need to be OK with dogs (but no requirement to do anything with the dog).

Looking for a Casual Babysitter

I’m seeking a casual babysitter to help with daycare drop-offs and pick-ups for my daughter. We’re located in Doolandella, and the daycare is in Richlands.

The schedule is flexible, and the days aren’t fixed. For morning drop-offs, you wouldn’t need to stay with my daughter for the full hour. I would meet you at the daycare at 6:00 am, and you could drop her off when it opens at 6:30 am. On certain days when I start work at midday and finish at 7:00 pm, she would just need to be picked up at 6:30 pm.

At this stage we are looking at 9-12 Monday, Wednesday and Friday but these days and times could increase.
