I am a warm and affectionate woman from Colombia, currently residing in Sydney (neutra bay). My Latin culture has given me a deep sense of warmth and compassion which I find translates into my approach to childcare. I possess strong English language skills and a full working right visa. Kitchen experience preparing meals, lunch boxes, snaks, your kids never will be hungry with me. This hands-on experience has allowed me to build on my patience, creativity, and my ability to engage with children effectively. People have described me as patient, fun-loving, and highly active but I am also deeply affectionate thanks to my Latin roots. My ability to stay calm in stressful situations is something I pride myself on. I’m a very active person who loves, swim, snorkel, hikes, tennis, yoga, and I love animals in general, so if you have a pet I’ll be so happy to take care of them as well cause I miss my doggies so much. I am available for an immediate start. I look forward to meeting you and discussing the opportunity to work with your family.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there, my name is Emika and I am a 36 year old female born and bred on the Northern Beaches. I have been a flight attendant with Virgin Australia for the past 14 years. Prior to this, I was a tennis coach for about 3 years casually and then 3 years full time after having competed through my teenage years. I was very likeable by the kids I coached and through that gained numerous babysitting jobs for those kids. I also used to work during the school holidays running tennis camps where the kids were in my care Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Working at Virgin, I am constantly helping parents take care of children and infants who travel with them. I have also gained a few babysitting jobs through work colleagues at Virgin. I was stood down in my position at Virgin from March 2020 to January 2021 due to Covid. During this time, I gained numerous babysitting/nannying and housework help jobs. I am stood back up now but currently on ground duties which is more predictable and stable. I am happy to help casually wherever/whenever I can. I always take pride in what I do and ensure I am able to do things to the best of my ability. It feels so rewarding to help people and do a good job doing it. I love seeing children happy and being able to make them smile/laugh. How I treat children is how I would treat my own that I hope to have some time in the near future. With my experience, I have high expectations of myself and you can expect me to always come to work committed to make positive impacts. I love the outdoors and like to eat healthily so have no trouble passing that on to your children should you require that. I have 2 mini dachshunds so would be fine with animals around. Also happy to help out with around the house chores, dog walking, shopping etc. if neeed be to ease your workload looking after children. I have a full Australian drivers license and WWCC. Every year at Virgin we undertake a first aid and CPR course and every 2 years, we must renew our national security I.D. which means they run a police check on us. If there are any charges or infringements, we would not be able to renew. This has never happened to me in over 14 years. Am also triple vaccinated Looking forward to hearing from you. Ps: please ignore the 1 star. I don’t know how it got there, I’m yet to get a job through here and I contacted the management and they said they can’t remove it as they took over from a previous management. Promise I’m a 5 star!

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting,Au Pair

Hello! I'm Victoria, a 27-year-old lawyer from Argentina with a deep love for taking care of children and elders. I moved to Australia in December and have been working as a Personal Assistant in Palm Beach. Now that I’ve relocated to Mosman, I’ve decided to focus on what truly fulfills me: caring for others. I have extensive experience looking after children, pets, and the elderly. As an older sister (8 years apart), I naturally took on a caring and responsible role from a young age. In my free time, I love staying active through walking, swimming, and exploring nature. I’ve practiced various sports, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, volleyball, hockey, swimming, and CrossFit. Recently, yoga has become my favorite. I approach life with patience, peace, and empathy, but I’m also serious and focused when needed. Reading is one of my passions, especially in the areas of health and medicine, which has given me a solid knowledge base. I’m also an excellent cook and enjoy preparing organic, wholesome meals—some of my favourites include fish, prawns, chicken, and vegetable omelettes. I am bilingual (Spanish - English), hold a driver’s license and for now, I'm available even on weekends.

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there! I am Isabella a 20-year-old student from New Zealand! I am looking for as much work as possible as a babysitter/nanny. I have lots of experience with children of all different ages. I originally moved over to Australia to be an Au pair in the Blue Mountains for a lovely family (One-and-a-half-year-old boy and a Dog). I ended up staying with them for 10 months as we got along really well. Since then I have done some short-term work for a family in the Northern Beaches looking after an 11-month-old girl as well as their dog. Before moving to Australia I was a teacher's aide at three different schools for two years working with kids aged 5-13. I enjoyed working as a teacher aide and helping out with school sports. As well as this I was also working as an out-of-school caregiver at a facility every day after school with kids aged 5-14. I got these roles as I worked as a cricket development officer straight out of high school working in schools and the community, this is where I was seen working which led me to be employed as a teacher aide. I love working with kids and the excitement they bring to life. I am looking for preferably a full-time role working for a Mosman family with availability every day at any time excluding Mondays (8am - 2pm) as I study at Taronga Zoo every Monday. I can cook, and clean and am always happy to help out with pets. I have references from my Au Pair families as well as teacher aide references. I live in Mosman and would love to meet up with anyone who would like to discuss anything and am always happy to chat over the phone. For pay i think it depends on my role in the family and the amount of hours I am employed for. I have a full license and am a confident driver. I am fully vaccinated and healthy. I do not have a Australian WWCC but am currently obtain one.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi my name is Jacqueline. I am a 44 year old non-smoking female and I have lived in Sydney the last 16 years. I moved here to help a family relocate from NZ who I worked with for over 6 years. I have worked as a nanny for the last 24+ years and have worked for one family who included 5 children under 10 so big families are no problem! I have been working regularly for many families in the Mosman/Neutral Bay area for the last 16 years. I have experience in looking after children from newborn babies right through to teenagers and also have experience working with twins, diabetic & special needs children. I also have many years experience as a night nanny. I'm willing to help out with light household duties (cooking, child related cleaning, laundry, shopping, running errands etc) I am very flexible with my hours and after 24 years I know how important this is as unexpected things often happen from working late to last minute dinners to being stuck in crazy Sydney traffic! I am happy to stay late when needed as well as some weekend work, I realise its often hard to have set hours in this job and wouldn't expect to walk out the door at the same time every day. I also have my own car and car seats if needed. I have been working full time with an amazing local family for the last 5.5 years but have gone down from 5 days a week to 2 days this year so I will have 2-3 days per week available. I can provide references from my current family as well as many other families in the Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay and northern beaches areas for nannying, babysitting and overnight/long weekend stays. I have my police and WWCC checks and am currently updating my first aid certificate as it has expired. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions or would like to chat.
