Meet Darcie: A nanny, babysitter, and au pair in Bondi, NSW

Hello everyone!

My name is Darcie and I am 25 years old. I relocated to Sydney from New Zealand with my previous role at the start of 2023. I love working with children and have been babysitting since the age of 16. I understand the importance of having a babysitter who is compassionate, reliable and interactive with your children. I enjoy outdoor activities as well as being creative. I have been involved in volleyball and netball since primary school and throughout high school, this has also given me the opportunity to coach younger children.

I hold strong communication skills and have had previous experience as a long-term babysitter for 3 children (two boys in intermediate and one girl in pre-school) as well as casual babysitting jobs so I understand children's needs. I am patient and take an interactive approach to babysitting. I love working with children and watching them pick up on new skills is extremely rewarding! I hold a clean full licence and am happy to drive your children and you can be confident that their safety will be an absolute priority to me. I am also more than happy to help out with odd jobs around the house, cooking, helping with sports and homework.
