Meet Caoimhe: A nanny and babysitter in Coogee, NSW

My name is Caoimhe. I am 25 years old. I moved to Sydney from Ireland just over 1 year ago. I attended University for five years qualifying with a Bachelor of Arts and later went on to complete a Masters in Criminology. Whilst studying I child minded part - time at weekends and engaged in evening babysitting too.

During this time I gained experience in working with children with additional needs, such as autism and Down syndrome.

My love of kids and working with children developed at an early age. I often found myself

surrounded by younger children due to my mothers career as a full time child minder and my interaction with younger cousins.

I consider myself an active and creative individual. Growing up I was involved in irish dancing, athletics, drama and football.

These are skills that I bring to my work with children as I like to encourage/ engage the children in art activities, the outdoors etc.
