Looking for: Part-time, Casual Babysitting

Hi parents, I've worked as a nanny for more than 10 years, caring for babies under one and older children too.

My related experience includes support for people with disabilities, and residential care work with young adults, children, and families. I'm formally trained in visual art, and have maintained my art practice part-time.

More recently, I've also studied horticulture.

As a nanny, I appreciate assisting with children's developmental stages, enjoying reading to them, and art and craft activities. I value excursions to Melbourne's great sites, including Melbourne museum, Botanical Gardens, etc - and just getting outside to the local park!

I believe outdoor play is important for social and motor skills development. The sheer delight and wonder children express while exploring their environment and learning about themselves is a real joy and great aspect to being a nanny!
