Meet Lauren: A nanny and babysitter in Windsor, VIC

I have over eight years of experience working with children in a variety of settings which I have found to be an enjoyable and rewarding experience from six weeks to twelve years old. In my previous roles, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children, including those diagnosed with learning and developmental disabilities, autism, Asperger's syndrome, and behavioural challenges. From this experience, I have been able to remain sensitive to children's unique capabilities, and ensure that I provide individualised support, and collaborate with others to cultivate a supportive and fun learning environment. I have experience in creating and providing interactive and fun experiences for children that integrate and encourage collaboration, communication, and exploration. This knowledge and prior experience enables me to assist the teacher in meeting each child's needs, interests, and goals
