Meet Eliza: A nanny and babysitter in Hawthorn, VIC

Hi there ! My name is Eliza and I am an 18 year old girl studying a bachelor of criminology at Monash university. I previously attended Genazzano in Kew and graduated in 2023.

I have plenty of experience babysitting and working with kids as I currently look after 3 families with children ranging from ages 1-8 on a casual basis and have been for many years. As I really enjoy looking after children I would love to gain more regular work (part time) which not only fits in with my university schedule and my other job but also your families schedule.

I have completed multiple first aid lessons and achieved certificates as well as receiving lots of knowledge about health, wellbeing and safety from my mother who is a midwife.

As a babysitter I would ensure I am present with the children, giving them my undivided attention whilst encouraging creativity and playfulness, so that boredom is never an issue! In my past experience I have prioritised maintaining a happy, fun and inclusive environment whilst also ensuring that family rules and values remain in place.

I am available to start straight away and happy to negotiate times of the day to suit

My hourly rates are flexible and I would love any opportunity for part time work with up to three children at once.

I am happy to provide references from families that I have previously babysat for upon request.
