Meet Jessica: A babysitter in West Melbourne, VIC

Hi, my names is Jess. I am a primary school teacher from Ireland. I have been a qualified teacher for three years, working with children aged 4-12. I am also registered with the Victorian institute of teaching and have a completed a first aid qualification in Ireland.

Outside of the classroom, I have been a babysitter for numerous families in my home town of Waterford, looking after children with an age range of one to ten. (References available upon request)

During my degree, I spent my summers working as a supervisor in a ‘sleep away’ camp for teenagers. This involved stepping into a caregiver role for teenagers as they spent two weeks away from home at camp.

I am a chatty, friendly and positive person who gives everything her all and always tries to look on the bright side.
