Meet Genna: A nanny and babysitter in Preston, VIC

Hi families!

I'm a social worker who is friendly, warm, caring and reliable. As a social worker I am passionate about delivering a high standard of child centred care, I am attuned, present, empathetic and I love working with kids. I have experience babysitting and I also have lots of little cousins who I treasure and who have taught me many lessons. Happy to provide parent references.

I have experience working as a mental health support worker. Up until recently I was employed as a family violence case manager, supporting women and children to escape and recover from family violence. As you can imagine it was a pretty stressful role so I am taking a short break from the field and seeking some casual work in the interim.

I love to cook and I am an avid cleaner so if you need a hand getting jobs done around the house I am your girl.

As a child I attended a Rudolf Steiner School in the country. As a result I love all things outdoors and all things creative and would be happy to embark on adventures to the park with your little ones or to have arts and crafts days. I have a fully insured car and drivers licence and as such I am happy to do school pick ups and drop offs. I have my working with childrens check, first aid certificate, NDIS worker screening check and am fully vaccinated against covid 19.
