Meet Katie: A nanny and babysitter in St Kilda, VIC

Hi, my name is Katie I am 23 years old from Devon, uk. I worked in childcare for 2 years before coming to Australia I worked with many ages (3-6 were my main ages I would say I worked with) I worked as a supervisor in a breakfast and after school club and I also worked as a teaching assistant (teachers aid) alongside that job. I have experience babysitting from a young as I was the oldest cousin and sibling and I would always babysit my cousins and younger sister. I enjoy working with children, looking after children, playing games them wether that with toys or using our imagination, doing arts and crafts, playing outside/being active and always ensuring their safe and comfortable. I enjoy going to the gym, long walks, meeting friends, being social, watching movies, baking, cooking and weirdly cleaning….i know not something everyone enjoys but I find it quite therapeutic. I’d say I’m quite a bubbly person but can equally be calm and quiet but that kind of depends on my situation/surroundings.
