Meet Hayley: A babysitter in Burwood, VIC

I am a 28 year old Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teacher who is an experienced, energetic and reliable person. I have a passion for working with children. I have experience working as a nanny for a family for 4 years while studying, and have been spending the last 4 years working as a full time kindergarten teacher. I have also been doing primary relief teaching for the past year now too.

I'm now looking for casual babysitting jobs over the school holidays, weekends and evenings.

I am qualified in First Aid with completed CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, I have a current VIT early childhood and primary teaching registration (encompasses WWCC and Police check). I also have my licence and drive my own car. I can cook nutritious meals and am able to clean whatever is needed to provide a safe, secure and tidy environment for the children I am caring for. My philosophy in working with children is that children are bright, capable and active participants in their learning and development. I enjoy creating experiences and providing opportunities for children to learn and develop through play and everyday experiences. I am a very creative and fun person who enjoys playing games and setting up activities for children such as art and crafts, baking and cooking, physical activities, singing, dancing, outdoor play, reading and writing etc. My priority is to always create strong, respectful and trusting bonds with children. I also love animals and am willing to contribute to their daily needs as well if necessary.

$35-40 p/h is my rate, and ideally prefer cash. Thanks! 😊
