Meet Jordyn: A nanny and babysitter in Parkville, VIC

Hi, I’m Jordy! I’m 21 years old and recently moved to Melbourne in March from Adelaide. I recently completed my Bachelor’s degree in Health and Medical Science at the prestigious University of Adelaide, and I plan to return to university in Semester 2 of 2025 to further my studies and pursue a Master’s in Clinical Sonography.

I have over four years of babysitting experience, caring for children of all ages, from 6-month-olds to teenagers. Growing up in the small town of Manangatang, I naturally took on babysitting responsibilities within my community, as well as sports coaching roles, and continued to do so when I moved away for university.

Most recently, during the 2024–2025 summer school holidays, I cared for three girls aged 9, 10, and 11. I formed a strong bond with them and truly cherished my time with them. My responsibilities included taking them to and from cheerleading practice, helping with summer homework, supervising swimming lessons, and providing transport when needed. I love engaging with kids in a fun, supportive, and responsible way, ensuring they feel safe and cared for at all times.
