We are seeking an experienced nanny/household manager to help care for our 2 daughters (a 5.5 year-old and 3.5 year-old) on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (7.00am to 6.30pm). We have had long-term nannies since the eldest was a baby and have a permanent nanny Thursday and Friday. Unfortunately our current nanny is relocating overseas back home.
Details are as follows:
▪️ Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday weekly 7.00am to 6:30pm.
▪️ 5.5 year old attends school everyday and needs to be dropped off / picked up - we will supply a car
▪️ $40-45 per hour (depending on the candidate and negotiable).
▪️ Starting 14 April 2025 (negotiable on start date for the right candidate).
▪️ Drivers license is essential for school drop offs/pick-ups (family has a car for the nanny to use).
▪️ Minimum 12-month commitment with a view to being longer term.
▪️ Nanny duties include sole care of the children while both parents are working, children's meal planning, cooking, planning children's activities/outings and supporting their development.
▪️ Household management duties include running the household in collaboration with the parents. In addition, running errands and light home duties such as laundry, emptying the dishwasher, shopping, cooking etc while the children are at school and daycare (we have a separate cleaner who looks after the house).
We are looking for someone who is kind, organised, fun and who demonstrates strong leadership skills, and attention to detail. My husband and I are both busy professionals, so we are seeking a nanny/household manager who is reliable and trustworthy.
The family also have a Burmese cat so must be comfortable with cats.
