I have a beautiful 8 month old baby girl named Audrey. I currently work full time from home and need assistance with her care during school hours (I also have 3 school aged boys)

I am so time poor with the house to look after on my own so I would love someone to be able to take Audrey off my hands as she does not sleep much and perhaps help with some house hold stuff from time to time so I can focus on work and as I never get a break, be able to have some free time to myself if need be. I Would be looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Preferably with quite a bit experience, a warm personality, with patience and someone I can feel safe having around my daughter as I have never done this before. I may need more care once I get to know the nanny.
