I’ve been a activity instructor/group leader for just under 2 years now in the UK and Australia. Looking after up to 24 kids by myself and have enjoyed it so much! I love the way they look up to you and you literally see them gain so much confidence during the time I’m with them it’s amazing. I’m a very fun, enthusiastic, caring guy with a passion for embracing my inner child whilst looking after kids :). I find gaining there respect very easy as I treat them as a friend rather than a child, this makes it a lot easier when explaining rules they need to follow during activities and how they should behave.
