We have a family with two daughters - 6 & 14. We need help on three Saturdays per month, from 1200 through to 1800, and on Tuesday & Thursday evenings (1830 - 2130) to help with putting the children to bed. The 14-year-old is pretty self-sufficient, but the 6-year-old needs the most attention. Both children have mild special needs. On Saturdays, you could choose to either mind the 6-year-old at the house or take her to a park or some local event. Both children need help with reading and learning, so being able to incorporate that into your care would be a plus. We would also expect some light housework such as washing up, folding clothes and preparing food to be done when there is spare time.
You will need a current Working With Children Check, a reference from other parents, and, ideally, some formal childcare training. It is really important that you commit to regular care, as we will build our schedule around this. We expect the care to be ongoing through 2025.
Need 3.5 year old toddler taken care of in the mornings from 6:30 or 7am till 9am, needs daycare drop off.
Evening can be picked up from 5:30pm from daycare and brought home and dinner and shower need taken of till 7:30 to 8pm.
Weekends sat and sunday will need 4-5hrs after 9am to play with at home.

We are looking for someone to help us 3 days a week with our 17 month old boy (will be 20 months in Feb) 3 days a week * hours to be confirmed but most likely 6-8 hours a day and days are flexible. We have another little boy arriving at the end of April. I am a stay at home mum and my husband runs his own business which is why we need the extra help. Essentially, Jack requires help with daily organisation, meal preparation and outdoor activities. He attends school via correspondence and may require clarification on tasks, assistance with task organisation and want to discuss ideas with you. Jack is a fussy eater who is working towards independence in making his own meals, therefore meal preparation is required as well as teaching Jack how to cook his own food. Daily exercise is critical for Jack, however he often resists this and so a supportive approach is best here. Light household cleaning will be required such as cleaning dishes from the day, putting out a load of washing and ensuring Jack's room is tidy.
