Looking for casual babysitting on weekends and sometimes midweek.

I have a 4 old little girl named Sophia. I’m looking for someone to be available to babysit when needed most of the time it will on some weekends and sometimes in the week while I work from home. I’m looking for the right person to build a relationship/connection with my daughter so she feels comfortable and also build a relationship with mum and dad. Someone who genuinely loves kids, someone I can trust is the most important thing to me as I’m very nervous leaving my child with someone new. I am looking for a part-time nanny/baby sitter for my 10 month old son. We are a small family and he’s our first.
