We are looking for someone to look after our 16 month old son 1-2 days a week. No cleaning or cooking required only to keep him company, teach him through play. He is an adventurer and loves to learn new things and explore, so we hope to find someone who can follow these queues. He is the cutest little kid and I may be little bias but he is! Super social and loving, a little cheeky but always fun to be around :)
Mum is a nurse and needs to leave the house by 7:15 a.m. The two children need to be supported in the morning routine to prepare for their day and dropped at kindergarten and school in the local area. One hour additional light housework duties one morning a week post drop-off would be appreciated . Days required each week may vary according to roster so some flexibility preferred but not essential. There may be some pick up requirements in the afternoon from time to time.
I'm a shift worker and my work roster changes from month to month. I work a 24/7 rotating roster that includes overnights and weekends. About us, we are young couple at our early 30s, first time parent. Both working full time while my Partner Helen mostly work from home.
Walter started CC in December 2024. Prior to that, my mum has been tacking care of Walter during day time since he was borned, we live under the same roof, and Walter co - sleep with us every night. For some reason, Walter has struggle to settle into his CC which is currently attending two days per week. Educator has found him generally upset on most of the days. So we deciding to drop off two days of CC and having a nanny instead.
We have a planned leave from 12 April to 4th May which we will be overseas. So we would like to officially start the care week commencing 4th May.

We would like then tk select three candidates for a trial shift of 4 hours( this includes 3.5 hours at our place + 0.5 hours to answer a questionaire afterwards (through email) which aim to provide your feedback/ observations)
You will be paid $110 total for the 3.5 hour+ 0.5 hour
We will then go with one candidate and would like you to commit one day per week prior to 12th April. We will then discuss your pay rate/ day rate.
Once we come back from our leave. We are happy to lock it in for at least 6 months.

A little bit about us and our situation.
We have a 2.5 year old boy (Arthur) he is full of beans and super sweet and friendly but can also be very grumpy if he is tired. However I think he mainly just does this for Mum and Dad. Our daughter Annabelle is 10 months old and is a delightful little girl.
Mum (Sharna) is a NICU nurse and has just started back at work doing 12 hr shifts and Dad (Myles) is a technician and works 9-5pm.
We also have a dog who is very friendly and loves a pat. Her name is Rosie and she is a cocker spaniel so you need to comfortable with pets.
Our family used to help us out but they are currently unwell and unable to. So we are looking for someone to:
Pick up our children up from daycare on a Tuesday afternoon, bring them home for dinner and bed etc until my husband gets home around 6pm.
So the hours on Tuesday will be approx 4-6pm.
On Wednesday I work a night duty so need someone to come around lunchtime to look after the kids so I can have a sleep before work and then be there for the period where I leave for work and my husband won’t get home yet. So the hours on Wednesday would be 12pm-6pm.
If the kids adored you and had lots of fun I would consider taking them out of daycare on a Tuesday to stay home with you.
We are looking someone trustworthy, fun and competent and comfortable with managing two busy little people.

I’m looking for someone to join my team as a support worker for a beautiful 10 year old boy with Norries Disease who is blind and has autism and an intellectual disability. Mainly looking for Sundays 3pm-8pm and school holidays with the possibility of increasing to a week night in the future as well. You would need to have a passion for working with children and learning new skills as well as the ability to stay calm when child is dysregulated and adapt to ongoing training and feedback. Specific timing would be 7:15 am to 9:15 am and then from 3 pm to 6 pm. The additional hours to cover general tasks is flexible and we're happy to make the timing suit your schedule.
In the mornings (7:15 - 9:15 am) we are specifically looking for someone to assist with getting the kids ready for school and assist in drop off. There may be time for meal prep or after school snack prep. We are less than a 5 min walk to school so no driving required.
The afternoons (3 pm - 6 pm) will include gathering after-school snacks, assisting in school pick-up (3:30 pm), and taking the kids to activities.
