We are a family looking for someone to help 2 days a week, for 4-5 hours per day. Mainly looking after an 9 mo girl and a 9 year old boy. I am on maternity leave as a nurse, however, with a big family need the help of a nanny. My husband has two other children (6 & 8) which you will barely be in charge of but might need your assistance from time to time. Hours may look at increasing when I go back to work.
Duties include:
- sole charge of 9 month old baby
- educational play with baby
- bottle feeding and solids
- settling baby to sleep
- meal prep
- school lunches
- child related household duties
- child related laundry
- school pick-up for 9 yo
You must have
- First Aid and anaphalxis training
- extensive experience with looking after infants as a in home nanny

We are looking for a fun, bubbly, patient and responsible babysitter to help us with our 1yr old son during the day. He is a very easy going baby and has an established nap schedule. We also have a 10 year old daughter who doesn't need a babysitter, but would no doubt love someone around who knows how to braid hair and likes talking about tween topics like music, mecca, and dance trends :)
I mostly work from home and my husband works from home a few days a week. We can be flexible around uni schedules etc. for the right babysitter who will fit in with our family. Whilst the baby naps, there will be some activities you can assist with, like going to the shops or PO Box. We have a car here, but you will need your license.
I recently launched a skincare brand, so if you are into marketing / business / social media then that would be a bonus as I always need some help, input into my ideas etc!

We are a family of four, looking for an experienced infant nanny for TWO weekdays (can be flexible which days) per week of care for our baby daughter. She will be approximately six months old at the time of commencement in mid May 2025 - to support mother's return to work. Our eldest daughter is five years old and attends a local primary school - pick up from school by nanny not essential but would be helpful to have as a back up. We also have an eight year old greyhound who is very placid and sleeps all day.
Hours are also somewhat flexible but need to cover at least between 8:15am and 5pm on both days. We are ideally looking for someone who can commit to the position for at least 12 months.
We would also like to ensure that there can be a 1-2 week period of shadowing prior to mother's return to work on 26th of May.
Up-to-date first aid qualifications, WWCC, non-smoker and driver's license are a must for us.

My name is Natalia and I have an 8 year old son. He has autism but is high functioning. He is a beautiful sweet natured little boy and is in grade 2. He loves trains, Harry Potter and building lego.
My son finds attending Oosh (before and after school care at his school) overwhelming. Therefore I have received funding for someone to come Mon, Wed and Thurs 730 to 9 am and 330 to 530 pm. Must drive and have own car as it would involve taking him to and from school. I would pay petrol costs. Given he is eligible for funding the person must have an early child care qualification eg cert 3 in early childcare or currently studying it. If you do not hold this or working towards it I can’t hire you as funding criteria is strict about that. It should be relatively easy. He would be dressed and had breakfast before you arrive. It would involved playing with him, in the morning for a bit, then take him to school. In the afternoon it would be giving him a snack (he tends to eat his leftover lunch) and he does a bit of reading. Please message me if you have any questions.

- 9am: School drop off
- 9am - 3.30pm: look after baby including naps, feeding, dinner prep and light house duties while baby naps

- 4pm: Kinder pick up,
- 4 - 5pm: Take girls to playground or after school activities

Hello - we are a family of 5 located in Ashburton. We have three beautiful children - 9 y/o girl, 8 y/o boy and a 6 y/o boy - and are looking for a nanny to help with before and after school care on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We would also love to have someone who can stay a few hours while the children are at school to help with general household tasks related to the kids (ie - meal prep, laundry, baking of school snacks, etc).
Specific timing would be 7:15 am to 9:15 am and then from 3 pm to 6 pm. The additional hours to cover general tasks is flexible and we're happy to make the timing suit your schedule.
In the mornings (7:15 - 9:15 am) we are specifically looking for someone to assist with getting the kids ready for school and assist in drop off. There may be time for meal prep or after school snack prep. We are less than a 5 min walk to school so no driving required.
The afternoons (3 pm - 6 pm) will include gathering after-school snacks, assisting in school pick-up (3:30 pm), and taking the kids to activities. We will provide the car for transport and most activities are about a 10 min drive from our home. When home from activities we'll need help getting them showered and some dinner prep.

Hello , for some help with our three boys. Mostly weekend work (during the day) as a extra set if hands as my husband travels alot for work and also works weekends. But for the right candidate there will Be a option for more babysittign afterschool etc. As i mentioned I have 3 boys (8,6yoand 2.5yo) the boys have sports on Thursday and friday nigths and also on the weekend, so i will often need you to come with me to help with my toddler or help drive the older two around . I will need some help ad hoc on a thurs and fri night and permanent on the weekends ( during the day) . Also maybe some help with light household duties aswell My boys are very active and like to be outdoors with a ball! We are a lovely family however it is loud with the 3 boys :). On Monday and Tuesday you would care for our 14 month old girl while our 4 year old is at Kindergarten, and on Wednesday you would take care of both girls. I am a mum to 12 month old twins. I am back at work full time and the twins are in full time daycare. I am struggling to get everything done in the day and am looking for a superstar to help me two evenings per week from the time the boys get home from daycare until they go to bed.
The role would be 5pm to 7pm on Mondays and Thursdays on an ongoing basis and will include:
- cleaning out daycare bags
- packing daycare bags for next day
- Assisting with preparing and feeding the twins dinner
- Assisting with bathing the twins
- Bed time routine including reading books

Please note that we would ideally be looking for someone local within 5km of Brighton East who has their own car. An additional payment will be added each week to help cover petrol costs (although 95% of all activities are around Bayside)
