Hi, we are a family with two young boys and a third due in April.
Looking for a reliable and experienced nanny to help two afternoons/early evenings a week (Monday and Thursday). Will need to be able to assist with school pickups and dinner preparation for my Prep aged son and occasional daycare pickup for my 2yr old.
From April onwards once baby is here would love continued help with pickups and dinner preparation/ keeping boys busy while I’m with the baby x 2 afternoons/ evenings a week - flexible on which days these are once im on maternity leave.

I need someone to help me once per week with the little ones so that I can have some focused time with my eldest two children. The baby wont need a-lot of attention (perhaps a nappy change and a cuddle) as she is mostly with me.

About the Position:
Children: We have a 3-year-old son who is starting 3 year old kinder and a 6-year-old daughter who is moving into grade 1.

Ideally we are seeking someone who can assist in the morning and do kinder and school drop off and then the afternoon from 1pm when our son finishes kinder. It is a full day Tuesday.

Schedule: The position is three per week:
Monday: 8am - 9am (before school/kinder) and 1:00pm - 5:30pm
Tuesday: 8am - 5:30pm (all day)
Wednesday: 8am - 9:00am (before school/kinder) and 1:00pm - 5:30pm

Total Hours per week: 20.5hrs per week

Responsibilities:
The day will involve caring for our son, including engaging him in activities such as playing, reading, visits to the park, beach, and library. Additionally, you'll be responsible for dropping off and picking up our son from kinder and daughter from the local school, which is within walking distance. Light housekeeping duties and assistance with cooking will also be super helpful.

Requirements:
- Experience caring for toddlers and school-age children - a professional background as a nanny or in early learning, kindergarten, or school teaching desirable
- highly reliable and punctual.
- Ability to engage children in enriching activities.
- Willingness to assist with light housekeeping tasks.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check (proof required).
- References from previous childcare positions.

- We reside in the beautiful Albert Park area, where everything is within easy walking distance.

We are looking for regular help on Thursdays and Fridays from around 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

Helping with dinner prep for the kids, bath time, playing with my older one (6 yo) while I settle the baby and tidy up. Additional help with dishes and toy tidy while I settle the older one. The usual bedtime routine help. :) Roles might flip flop as the kids get comfortable.

Will also extend out to some ad hoc days and evening of babysitting pending your availability.

Just to be clear this role won’t start until LATE JANUARY 2025.

I’m looking for someone to look after my new baby two days a week. I need someone with experience as she will only be 10 weeks old, so they need to be competent with feeding, burping, settling etc.

I am flexible with the days as I will be studying however it will be between 10am and 3pm as well as occasional weekend babysitting
I also have 2 other children who are 8yrs and 6yrs old so spending time with them on school holidays would be great
Help with light house duties like folding clothes or putting a wash on would also be greatly appreciated but most important is looking after my little bub!

Myself and husband are arriving in Melbourne from NZ on Jan 6th to live with our children girl (3 in Jan) and boy (5 in may).

They are easy going fun children who love reading drawing imaginative play in the garden etc. our daughter loves ballet!

We will be renting south yarra way and the children will be going to ELC nearby from 815 to 315, 5 days.

We are looking to find someone to help us pick up the children from ELC 2 afternoons a week and look after them until I get home from work from 3pm to 6pm.

It would be amazing to have someone with occasional flexibility to then do a full day from 8am at home if the children do not feel up to attending ELC, lily is still little so may find 5 days a week a lot some weeks. Also to very occasionally come over at 7am in the morning and drop the children at ELC if husband is away as I start work early (rare).

Mid week evening babysitting as an extra would be great to when needed!

Main focus is just collection from ELC taking them home playing and giving them dinner, we just want the children to have a happy time whilst we are out!
