To have TV free activities, to play in the park, dance, sing, colour-in books, do puzzles, create paper artworks, read lots of books, get lots of cuddles, do homework & understand it!, do crafts, learn geography & facts about animals, draw & paint? Would you like your babies to learn to sing, do actions to the music, learn colours, shapes, numbers & letters from a very young age as well as feeling loved and being kissed and cuddled? I just love to see their eyes lit up in excitement of understanding! I was a tutor/nanny for 8yo & 4yo boys till their mum lost a job, unfortunately. I've looked after 8 months old girl & 3 year old boy. I was part of a family with 3 children for 4 yrs. Now they are 13, 9 and 5yo. The youngest was a baby when I've started, at 4yo she learned to write and read, the 9yo is doing exceptionally well at school and the oldest got well tuitored by me for the high school. I've looked after a 4yo boy & 2.5yo girl & been part of another family for almost 2 years, now they are off to kinder and childcare. I looked after 4 and 2 yo boys for 8 month. Looked after 8 months girl & 1 yo girl for 5 month, 2.8 yo girl for 11 month; after 4 yo and 1.5yo boys. I have also looked after a baby girl from birth to 18 month old, she is now going to crash. Just finished nany/tutoring job with a 5yo boy, i've taught him to read & write ✍️. Now he has caught up with his school mites! I still keep in touch with most families. Some moved overseas. All the references are available. I love to get "tuned to each child" specifically. I make up a bag of "goodies" for each child filled it with the developmental activities and they love to do or books they love to read. I am quite knowledgeable in kids behavior and sicknesses as I've researched a lot over the years and had so much experience that I can feel what each child needs. I worked as a teacher at the after-school for gifted children called Edworks, preparing them for a scholarships. I've helped to diagnose a hearing problem 2yo Alex had, no parent or their GP had noticed before. The boy since got grommets put in and can hear so I was able to develop his speech! (reference can be supplied). I have massaged a baby girl and corrected her posture at 6 month & taught her to crawl, clap and stomp to song. I am a mother of the two grown up kids & now a proud grandma, I have two degrees and now doing what I really like - looking after little people & constantly researching better ways to develop them though play. I am also teaching kids after hours to help with scholarship preparation and improve marks at school. I'm looking after two kids atm, 5yo in prep and 7yo year 2 in one family. I am a very energetic, enthusiastic, musical & creative person, non-smoker with a perfect driving record (rating 1 for the last 28 years) & I have my own reliable car with a child sit, just in case). I have experience in looking after the newborns, toddlers and school age children & I absolutely love looking after kids of all ages as every age has its own rewards. Working with kids and babies keeps me young, fit and happy. I have Working with Kids Card, Police Check and First Aid Certificate. I am experienced in baby massage and exercises, flexible about hours and duties, love pets and have my own 11yo labradoodle. Reference form Miranda, mother of 2.8yo girl from Glen Iris ( ph number can be supplied) : "I would be pleased to recommend our nanny, Marina, to any family. Marina is reliable and conscientious, caring and creative. She is also incredibly interested in, and focused on, child development, and gears all her time with our daughter, towards extending her skills and language. I find that I am learning from Marina constantly, and then refining how I play with my own daughter, to help her learn and grow." Reference from Julia, mother of 1yo and 2.5yo from Hampton ( ph number can be supplied): " Marina worked with our family for 9 months, since my baby boy was just 4 months old. She has been a tremendous help with both my baby and my toddler. Marina is extremely dedicated and passionate about children. She believes in learning through play and this has been fantastic for both my children. Marina is very trustworthy and always puts safely first. Coming form a very strong professional background, she is very innovative & has a lot to offer both children and parents! In my opinion, nannies don't come better than this! Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there! I am very excited about meeting and getting to know you. To start with I am looking for: • A Part-time / Full-time (30-45 hours per week) position that starts in February 2025 • and I am looking to expand my babysitting clientele. My current Family’s need are changing. I will be finishing with them Dec 20th. Essentials: - Valid Victorian Drivers Licence - WWCC: exp. 26/10/2028 - Police Check: exp. 20.09.25 - Level 2: First Aid (inclusive: Asthma, CPR exp. June 2025, & Epi-pen) exp. June 2027 - CV: with copies of my credentials - References Now about me - I have been providing childcare over the past 22 years. The last 8 of those I have been a Nanny. I have worked with many different family equations: twins with a younger siblings, all girls, all boys, brothers and sisters, and solo children. The ages I have looked after are from 9mths - 12 years old. My favorite age to look after are children 14 mths - 5 years old, I know I shouldn’t have a favorite age, but I do. I also find the easiest age to look after is 8-11 (they might have more tuded but they are able to attend to their selfcare withoit mych promting). However all children are different and I stay adaptable, because as they age - how I interacted with them must change. Some children are runners, some are quite contemplators, others always need to be crafting and creating big cardboard constructions, while another is quite happy to sit and do colouring in and drawing non-stop. They all ask questions after question non stop, lols (as a result you get to learn from having to google answers to the questions you don’t have an answer for. For e.g. I now know the oldest living animal is the Greenland shark and it is guessed to have a lifespan of 250-500 yrs, the current oldest one of them is guessed to be 300 years old) I like to play word games and encourage conversation at dinner time. While walking or driving to school or activities, I like to play math games or encourage conversation, I let the children lead as to what they want to do, to encourage confidence in ones own voice. Duties I undertake: morning routines; breakfeast, lunch boxes, school bag packing, day-care/kinder/school drop offs -For the little ones when at home and not at daycare/kinddy. I like to have our week planned. Be it excursions to the zoo, park an indoor play center, library time or classes that helps their development (that the parents have enrolled them into) like Gymbaroo, Ready steady go, All Sports etc. to activities we can do at the house like baking or painting or even a playdate with their best friend. House management tasks; grocery and maintenance of pantry & basic medicine (ie expiries and organisation), light laundry duties, light house keeping, school holiday and pupil free day planning, meal planning, food prep (dietary requirements taken into consideration, naturally) multi-tasking Afternoon routine; networking with other parents at the children’s school that the children are friends with or do extra curriculum with, extracurricular coordination, planning of play dates, supervise-assistance with homework and practice for their extra curriculum. With additional extras from me if wanted/needed or time permits (eg. Music theroy, maths etc.) Evening routine; Shower/bath time, dinner, oral hygiene, an evening game (if time permits) and attend their unique bedtime routine. History summary: •I started child caring in 2002 when I was 14: for my, then, piano teacher’s son. I cared for him 3 days a week, (after school) from the age of 2-8, while his mother worked from home: I had to master the skill of noise level control! •Once I was 16 I began to babysit for other families during the evenings, nights and on weekends. •When I started my tertiary studies I babysat casually between my part-time job and my studies 2006-2009 (I studied fashion but that world did not feel right for me). •Between 2010-2015 I would babysit and assist as a mother's helper when asked, whilst working 4 part-time jobs and trying to find my path in this world, by families that knew me, or who were referred to me. •In 2016 I went to Paris as an Au Pair. And fell in love with France. And started seeing the path I wanted to walk, and what I needed to do to get there. •In 2017 back in Oz; I undertook causal & part-time child-care positions. For families with babies, toddlers and preschoolers. •Eventual I found an amazing family of 5 (3 girls aged: 7, 10 & 12) to work for, as a full-time Nanny, I was with them from July 2017-July 2020. When it no longer made sense for me to be there whilst they worked from home, and the 3 girls couldn’t do their extra curricula’s because of lockdowns, or go to school. NOTE: Ages I give are of how old the children were, when I finished. •The next Family, was a family of 4; a boy- 9 years old & a girl - 7 years old, providing before and after school care 5 days a week from Feb 2021-Aug 2021. •From Sept 2021-present; I have been working F/T with a great Family of 4: 2 boys; 5 & 9 years old. (it is very sad that our time has come to an end). If you have read this far, I look forward to receiving a message from you. ☺️
