Hi, I am a mature, experienced, active, healthy, happy and passionate carer. I have been looking after children since I was 13. I have two grown up children and 3 grandchildren. Currently working as a Nanny. I cook, tidy, sort, organize, cater and personally assist with errands for various families already. Now I am ready to fill my available times in my working week.. I have experience with newborns and I can help new mother's also. I can do some casual work in my spare time, or have permanent work, if it fits my weekly workload. I have kept in touch long term with some of the families who I’ve worked for in the past. I have experience from newborn to teenagers. Lately I have been working with babies a lot... I speak, read and write fluent English and Hungarian,( I can understand a very minimal German .)-- also teach and participate in Hungarian folk-dance two evenings a week. Dancing is a big part of my life, it is a great way to keep fit!! Also love gardening, and spending time on the beach...or riding my bike.. I am a MOTIVATED, EXPERIENCED, CARING, RESPONSIBLE, PATIENT, RELIABLE, person with common sense, and good organizing skills. I have worked with a family with multiple children, and have taken sole care of 3 children under 3 years old, including twins and premature newborns. I love children, and they love me too :-) Would prefer daytime work (available from early morning), but I will be happy to do casual hrs as well. You will be surprised what can be achieved in a few hrs in the morning! I can be very flexible for the right family, as all my references will tell you. Family pets are no problem. I have checkable (GREAT) references for you. Looking forward to hearing from you. ****Thank you, and have a great day :). Maria H

I have taken my company's redundancy program, ending my employment last July 2024. This is a big reset for me (knowing that my circumstance , now with an older daughter who is already independent)have changed. I have done my 5 months calming down, have few volunteer works in line, and still have a lot of energy at 52 years old to do more and be active. Although I have no professional baby-sitting experience in my resume, I have to say I love being around children, and am proud to have cared for my daughter , and have helped raised and cared for a niece and a nephew. I like doing my domestic chores (a household of 3) from cleaning, gardening, vacuuming, ironing/laundry, cooking, bedroom grooming, and will be comfortable doing these for a job, on top of caring for the baby/children as a priority, with care and respect. I have a very reliable car, have been driving for the last 25 years(with a clean record), and I have a current Working With Children Certificate (WWC) as a volunteer. IIf it helps with my application, I am willing to go for a baby sitting trial even without pay if it helps. I am up for an interview and suggested trial as i understand the importance of blending well with the dynamics of your family life style/work/domestic requirements. I hope to hear from your soon.

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there! I am very excited about meeting and getting to know you. About me: I have been providing childcare over the past 22 years. The last 9 of those I have been a Nanny. I have worked with many different family equations: twins with a younger siblings, all girls, all boys, brothers and sisters, and solo children. The ages I have looked after are from 9mths - 12 years old. My favorite age to look after are children 14 mths - 5 years old, I know I shouldn’t have a favorite age, but I do. I also find the easiest age to look after is 8-11 (they might have more tude but they are able to attend to their selfcare without much prompting). However all children are different and I stay adaptable, because as they age - how I interacted with them must change. Some children are runners, some are quite contemplators, others always need to be crafting and creating big cardboard constructions, while another is quite happy to sit and do colouring in and drawing non-stop. They all ask questions after question non stop, lols (as a result you get to learn from having to google answers to the questions you don’t have an answer for. For e.g. I now know the oldest living animal is the Greenland shark and it is guessed to have a lifespan of 250-500 yrs, the current oldest one is guessed to be 300 years old) I like to play word games and encourage conversation at dinner time. While walking or driving to school or activities, I like to play math games or encourage conversation, I let the children lead as to what they want to do, to encourage confidence in ones own voice. Duties I undertake: MORNING ROUTINS; breakfast, lunch boxes, school bag packing, day-care/kinder/school drop offs -For the little ones when at home and not at daycare/kindy. I like to have our week planned. Be it excursions to the zoo, park an indoor play center, library time or classes that helps their development (that the parents have enrolled them into) like Gymbaroo, Ready steady go, All Sports etc. to activities we can do at the house like baking or painting or even a playdate with their best friend. HOUSE MANAGEMENT; grocery and maintenance of pantry & basic medicine (ie expiries and organisation), light laundry duties, light house keeping, school holiday and pupil free day planning, meal planning, food prep (dietary requirements taken into consideration, naturally) multi-tasking and more. AFTERNOON ROUTINE; networking with other parents at the children’s school that the children are friends with or do extra curriculum with, extracurricular coordination, planning of play dates, supervise-assistance with homework and practice for their extra curriculum. With additional extras from me if wanted/needed or time permits (eg. Music theroy, maths etc.) EVENING ROUTINE; Shower/bath time, dinner, oral hygiene, an evening game (if time permits) and attend their unique bedtime routine. History summary: •I started child caring in 2002 when I was 14: for my, then, piano teacher’s son. I cared for him 3 days a week, (after school) from the age of 2-8, while his mother worked from home: I had to master the skill of noise level control, while I was young myself. •Once I was 16 I began to babysit for other families during the evenings, nights and on weekends. •When I started my tertiary studies I babysat casually between my part-time job and my studies 2006-2009 •Between 2010-2015 I would babysit and assist as a mother's helper when asked, whilst working 4 part-time jobs. •In 2016 I went to Paris as an Au Pair. And fell in love with France. •In 2017 back in Oz; I undertook causal & part-time child-care positions. For families with babies, toddlers and preschoolers. •Eventual I found an amazing family of 5 (3 girls aged: 7, 10 & 12) to work for, as a full-time Nanny, I was with them from July 2017-July 2020. When it no longer made sense for me to be there whilst they worked from home, and the 3 girls couldn’t do their extra curricula’s because of lockdowns, or go to school. NOTE: Ages I give are of how old the children were, when I finished. •The next Family, was a family of 4; a boy- 9 years old & a girl - 7 years old, providing before and after school care 5 days a week from Feb 2021-Aug 2021. •From Sept 2021-Dec 2024; I have been working F/T with a great Family of 4: 2 boys; 5 & 9 years old. Essentials: - Valid Victorian Drivers Licence - WWCC: exp. 26/10/2028 - Police Check: exp. 20.09.25 - Level 2: First Aid (inclusive: Asthma, CPR exp. June 2025, & Epi-pen) exp. June 2027 - CV: with copies of my credentials - References If you have read this far, I look forward to receiving a message from you. ☺️

Hello! My name is Polly. I am 20 and graduated from Ruyton Girls Grammer in 2022. I commenced study at Monash in 2023, originally doing a bachelor of Nursing which i completed for a year and then decided to pursue a degree in Primary and Secondary Education, specialising in health humanities. Throughout high school, starting at age 12, i was a babysitter for three different local families - with children ranging in ages from Newborn to 10. Once i started year 12, i became a part time nanny for mainly two families, one with three children (1,4 and 6 at the time) and one with two children (one of those children being a newborn and the other being 1). I now do nannying and casual babysitting for around 5 families, but i am looking for more permanent and scheduled work. Further, I am comfortable in the kitchen and have experience completing a number of household chores. Since I can remember, I have always been passionate about childcare and have wanted to become a teacher or a nurse since I was a kid myself and would love to help out families requiring additional support. I look forward to hearing from you ☺️
