I’m a nurturing and responsible babysitter with a genuine love for working with children. I am originally from the UK and have been in Brisbane for over 2 months. In the UK, I worked as a Teaching assistant at a special needs schools working with children aged 5 to 11. I worked with children with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays and behavioural difficulties. I also have babysitting experience looking after my younger cousins. I always aim to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where kids can learn, laugh, and feel at home.

At university, I studied Psychology with Cognitive Neuroscience which gave me a deeper understanding of how children think, learn, and grow. I’m especially mindful of age-appropriate communication, emotional development, and the importance of routines and positive reinforcement. My knowledge helps me create engaging activities that support cognitive and social development—like storytelling for language skills, games that boost memory and focus, or play that encourages emotional regulation. I approach each child with patience, empathy, and curiosity, always aiming to support their unique developmental needs while keeping them happy, safe, and stimulated.
