Meet Tara: A babysitter in Rozelle, NSW

I am a willing, dedicated and caring person who has been working with children from the ages 0-12 for 20 years now. I also have two daughters, ages 14 and 10 years old. I am currently taking some time off after leaving my role as a Director in an early childhood setting where I worked for 8 years. I hold my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and my degree in Early Childhood teaching. I have had an extensive amount of training and experience with children and essential things in relation to caring for them such as child protection, children's health and safety, food handling, educational programs, behaviour management, special needs and inclusion and other fun ones such as cooking or art. I am a non-smoker and animal lover! I have my current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training and a current NSW drivers licence and my own car (automatic). I have been babysitting for as long as I have been working with children, with many children and families that I have worked closely to over the years. I believe in children learning fundamentally through play and experience and can say I am very eager and experienced in teaching this to children. I form close and loving bonds with all children that I work with and love to instill in them what I know and have learnt.
