My name is Fern I currently work in after school Childcare, But would like something more consistent. I have worked with children aged 4-12 oversees and in Australia. I used to teach English in an international school. I have worked with an Austic girl in the past aged 12, though very mild. I am a patient and kind person, willing to work at the Childs pace and seek to understand them and their feelings. I am currently looking into being a teachers aide at the local primary schools in the area.
