Meet LEILA: A nanny and babysitter in Balwyn, VIC

Hi Families! I’m Leila!

I’m 19 years old and currently living in Melbourne while studying a Fashion Business course at RMIT. I also work in aged care, where I’ve gained a lot of valuable experience in providing care, building relationships, and offering support to others. I’m now looking to take on some part-time nannying work—ideally 3–4 shifts a week—and I’m happy to be flexible with hours depending on your family’s needs.

I’ve been around children my whole life, growing up in a big family and regularly caring for my younger cousins and family friends. This has naturally shaped my love for working with kids, and I really enjoy building meaningful connections with them. I love cooking, cleaning, and getting outdoors for activities, and I always bring a calm, nurturing energy into any home.

I’m passionate about creating a fun and safe space for kids to learn, grow, and be themselves, and I’d love the opportunity to support your family however I can.
