Hi, my name is Viv I'm a 41 year old Sydney local and I have been babysitting and nannying for children ranging from 1- 15 for the past 20 years. Most recently I have been a household manager.

I'm health conscious fun and love the outdoors; I also love arts & crafts. I'm responsible and genuinely enjoy working with children. I put an emphasis on encouragement and praise with clear boundaries. I also like to observe how parents interact with their kids and where appropriate adapt some of their style into mine to keep things consistent.
