Looking for: Part-time, Casual Babysitting
Hello there! I'm Alice, and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as an experienced babysitter with a diverse background in childcare. Balancing my studies as a 4th year law student, I've found that babysitting and nannying are not only enjoyable but also serve as a fantastic stress relief for me! I currently nanny for a family with 3 children, 2 afternoons a week, but would love to take on some more work!
Over the years, I've taken on various roles in childcare, from playing with children to managing household tasks, school pickups, and assisting with homework. I’ve encountered children of all ages and abilities; from caring for a 10-month-old to providing understanding and support to a child with autism. My babysitting experience spans from infants to 12-year-olds, often caring for multiple children simultaneously. As an active and outdoorsy person, I really enjoy taking children away from their screens and spending time outside playing or on walks, doing arts and crafts, or completing homework and readings.
I previously held a job working at an aged care facility, where I realised my strong passion for caring for others. Beyond work and studies, I enjoy skiing, watching and playing AFL, and spending time with my family and friends. My friends would likely describe me as caring, driven, funny and easy to get along with.
I hold a driver's license, a working with vulnerable peoples card, and a certified police check.
I'm excited about the opportunity of meeting you and your child. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
