Meet Elaine: A nanny and babysitter in Melbourne, VIC

Hi, my name is Elaine and I am 31 years old. I am looking to meet lovely families who require a babysitter/nanny for one off, daily or weekly bookings. I am currently completing casual relief teaching days but would be interested in more consistent work when the school term finishes, with the possibility of starting prior to the school summer holidays.

I moved from Ireland to Australia in 2022. I am a qualified secondary school teacher in Physical Education and Mathematics with 8 years experience. I have been teaching here casually for just over two years in both secondary and primary schools around Melbourne so I am comfortable with kids of all ages. I have extensive experience working with children from both my degree as an educator as well as working with Team Kids in outside school hours care programme and summer sport camps at home in Ireland. I also have experience working as a babysitter back in Ireland babysitting both family relatives and neighbouring kids.
