Meet Fatiya: A babysitter in Tarneit, VIC

Hello, my name is Fatiya. I have two years of experience as a Disability Support Worker, where I have developed strong skills in providing compassionate and person-centered care to individuals with diverse needs. I am currently pursuing a qualification in Child, Youth, and Family Intervention, which has deepened my understanding of how to support young people and families in challenging situations.

Additionally, I have worked as a babysitter for over eight months, during which I honed my ability to build trusting relationships with children and their families. This role allowed me to nurture children’s growth and ensure their safety while engaging them in fun and educational activities.
