I'm a very kind, gentle and patient person with a passion for helping and caring for people. I've worked with children of all ages from babies through to teenage years including working with children with challenging behaviours and with autism. I'm bilingual, speaking fluent English and Afrikaans. I've been living in Australia for 7 years and have my permanent residency in Australia. I have an Australian and South African police clearance and have met all the medical requirements to live and work in Australia.

I'm more than happy to work independently or alongside parents as I have done both in the past. I'm happy to complete daily housework and I'm a big animal lover and outdoors person.

I am very flexible with working hours. I have done first aid and CPR and Working with children clearance.

Friends describe me as a very bubbly, confident, and caring person with an upbeat personality. I consider myself to be very responsible, able to multitask and I work well under pressure. I love to have fun and while working with children I understand the importance of making each day an adventure full of learning through play.

I am fully aware of the huge responsibility of taking care of people's children and know my undivided attention is required to ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. When caring for children my phone will only be used in case of an emergency or to correspond with parents.
