Meet Madalena: A nanny and babysitter in Cronulla, NSW

I am currently studying for a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and have been working as a Childcare Educator at First Steps Learning Academy since November 2024.

I bring hands-on experience supporting the development and well-being of children from infancy to preschool age, fostering smooth and engaging daily routines.

I am deeply committed to creating nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning environments that support each child’s individual needs and developmental goals.

In addition to my professional experience, I am a mother to a three-year-old girl, which has enriched my understanding of early childhood development.

I have also worked as a casual babysitter for over a year and a half, further strengthening my ability to respond to children’s cognitive, emotional, and social needs with empathy and care.
