Meet Kate: A nanny and babysitter in South Yarra, VIC

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Neuroscience at Monash University. Currently, I am based at Alfred Hospital and live in South Yarra. I am from China and can speak Mandarin, English, and Cantonese. My time is very flexible that our group only have meetings on Monday.

I taught at the Chinese University of Hong Kong for 7 years and have very good records in taking care of students.

Besides, I have a four - year - old daughter who is currently in Hong Kong. I have been taking care of her on my own for four years, which has equipped me with excellent skills in caring for young children.

I hold a full driver's license and have my own car. I'm looking to spend time with kids not only to ease my longing for my daughter but also to earn some extra money, as my scholarship alone is not sufficient to cover the anticipated expenses when my daughter joins me.

I had completed first - aid and baby CPR training, but need to renew the certificate. Given that my daughter was premature and had congenital diseases, I have experience in caring for children with similar conditions.

I am a compassionate person and get along well with children and the elderly.
