Meet Xinwei: A nanny and babysitter in Windsor, VIC

Hi, I’m Cori. I have a master degree of early childhood teaching from University of Melbourne. I worked as a teacher across early childhood settings, including long day care and sessional kinder, for 7 years. I worked with babies and toddlers, but mostly with 4 year-olds. I also worked as a babysitter with a family of two young boys (10 month old and 3 year old when I started) for about 2 years. I’m currently working an office job but it’s still relevant to early childhood. I don’t have a WWCC because I have a current VIT registration and it exempts me from the WWCC. I miss being with children and seeing them grow and thrive. That’s why I’m here. I’d prefer ongoing care on Friday nights and/or on weekends so I can build the relationship with the child/children and the family, but I’m happy with casual babysitting as well.
