Meet Johanna: A nanny and babysitter in South Yarra, VIC

Hey! I'm Jo, I'm currently studying and looking to find casual or permanent weekend work as a nanny. I am also available overnights if needed.

I have worked with children of all ages and had a long term nanny job for the past year that recently ceased when the family moved overseas. It involved caring for 3 children aged 1-, 6-, and 7-years-old on weekends and some weekdays depending on university requirements. Regularly the parents would have to attend work interstate and I would care for the three children on my own for the weekend, including overnights. More recently I have been doing casual work where possible as a babysitter and am looking for more casual weekend work.

I grew up in Gippsland on a family dairy farm, graduating year 12 from Catholic College Sale in 2016. Moving to Melbourne in 2017 to commence University, now in my final year. I am passionate about education and sport/exercise and when I am not doing either of these I am spending time with family and friends. Although I have loved my time in Melbourne so far, leaving my family behind to move here has led to me missing the family time I had at home and would be ever grateful to get to know a young family close by in Melbourne.
