Meet Karla: A nanny and babysitter in North Melbourne, VIC

Hi there! I'm Karla, I've been nannying and babysitting for over a decade. I hold an arts degree and a Masters of Theatre. I currently work one day a week for a beautiful family with an eight year old and nine year old and have been with them for the past nine years. I also work part time in arts administration. I love getting to know a family, and developing meaningful connections with both children and parents. I find nannying to be incredibly rewarding. I have experience tutoring both primary and secondary aged students in english and literature. I believe a nanny should be active, engaging and in tune with the children in their care. I make an effort to regularly plan outings and activities. I often incorporate art and theatre as they are my passions. I am also more than happy to do some light cooking and cleaning. I have current references and a working with children's check.
