Meet Lauren: A nanny and babysitter in Camberwell, VIC

Hi Families, my name is Lauren!

I am a keen and easy going babysitter with extensive experience with children of all ages since 2016. I am confident in caring for one or multiple children at a time, with prior experience managing a family of three children aged 7 months to 4 years, as well as working with families with primary school-aged children, such as two children aged 10 and 11. I currently nanny for two wonderful families: one with a 21-month-old child, where I work two full days a week, and another with a 13-month-old child, where I provide care two evenings a week. As a carer I aim to create trust and comfort for both parents and children, enhancing our enjoyment and quality of time together.

I am located in Camberwell and am available to travel to surrounding areas. I am currently looking for new positions that coordinate with my current roles to fill my availability.

I am originally a shepparton girl, with a big family, however have spent the last two years living in Melbourne whilst completing my first and second year of study as an Osteopath.

I am also employed as a casual Duty Supervisor at a large Aquatics centre where I also Lifeguard and work at reception. These roles provide me with great supervision, communication and patience skills where I work closely with people with disabilities, children, parents and carers. It is important to note that this role is casual and does not interfere with my current availability, as I have the flexibility to choose when I work.

I currently hold a working with children's check, a police check, first aid and CPR certificate, a pool lifeguard certificate and an Australian drivers license.
