Flexible Babysitter Needed for One-year old

I’m looking for a caring and experienced babysitter for my one-year-old daughter as I return to work. She has only ever been in my care, so I need someone patient and nurturing to help with this transition. My work hours are not yet set and may vary, so some flexibility would be ideal.
