After school nanny Monday

Hi, we are looking for an afterschool nanny for Mondays. Picking up our 4 year old from preschool at 2:45pm (250m from our house) then picking up our 6 year old from primary school (5-7 minute drive) in the car line. Then a play (Elkington park is 50m from our house) and dinner and bath etc. 4 hours in total. We also have a 22 month old however she is at long daycare and we will pick her up on our way home from work around 6pm.

Need someone with license and previous experience with kids. Light food prep and tidying kitchen etc would be great too. :)
