Washing and cooking twice a week x

Looking for someone to come twice a week for 2-3 hours each time, to fold washing and cook food for our family of 5 (identical twin girls under 1, 3 year old boy and mum and dad). Ideally it would be earlier in the week and later in the week eg Tuesday and Friday’s but open to discuss. Flexible with time but during the day is preferred otherwise it’s feeding time at the zoo haha
