Part-time nanny

Looking for a reliable nanny to help with our 4 month old, for 3 days a week, whist mother begins back at work part-time. Would prefer someone with plenty of previous experience with babies and has knowledge and understanding of babies development. Someone with a caring, kind nature is a must, and if possible, but not essential, who is able to offer advice on sleep, weening and general day to day baby life!

Willingness to help a bit with daily house chores, when baby has his naps.
