Help us care for our 3 month old twin girls

My husband, Mark and I are looking for a Nanny to assist us with caring for our 3 month old twin girls a few afternoons per week for 3-4 hours - days and hours to be agreed. We would love if you have flexibility to provide ad-hoc care outside these hours as required.

The primary responsibilities will be assisting with caring for our two babies (feeding, burping, settling, playing, bathing etc), as well as household tasks in collaboration with us.The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive, flexible and trustworthy.

I am on maternity leave until May, so will be home 95% of the time, and Mark works from home 3 days per week.

We are looking for someone who wants to and can develop a long term care relationship with our girls.
