We are looking for someone special to join our family to help with the day to day care of our delightful 1yo twins. Our eldest is in daycare full time. The role would involve mainly helping my wife with caring for them, helping with bath time, feeds, tidying up, laundry and other light house duties. Ureebt reauired hours are 2-7pm Mon-Fri for now, with an increase in hours over the next 6-8 weeks
Rate, hours and days are all negotiable to suit yourself and us.
Ideally we would want someone wanting to stay on long term. Currently we need help from 2-7pm weekdays, and ideally 2 hours on a Sunday morning (though not mandatory). As of May/June, this would increase to 3 full days in addition to those hours.

We're looking for a fun, energetic babysitter to help out with our two active boys, aged 3 and 5. They’re full of life, love being outside, building train tracks, bug catching, Lego creations, jumping on the trampoline and playing soccer. We’ve found that babysitters who really get down on their level and get involved in what they love tend to have the best time with them (and so do they).
When we need help:
> Every second weekend starting 5 April: Saturday and Sunday from around 12pm to 6 or 7pm, and possibly the Friday night 5-8pm as well.
> Thursdays: Every week, from about 5pm to 8pm.
We're open to casual arrangements—so if you’re only available for part of this, that’s fine. We can work around availability. We often try to split the boys up for some quality one-on-one time, so a sitter might take one while Dad (Paul) takes the other for some focused attention.
We also have a newborn baby in the house, but she’s primarily cared for by Mum (Hala), so you won’t need to help there. Just something to be aware of. There are four children under the age of seven. Care is primarily for two of the children.
Tasks involved: morning routine, school drop off and pick up, supervise and engage in play, domestic duties (laundry, tidying up, meal prep etc.), assist with feeding, bathing and bedtime routine.
Hours: Help is needed 7 days a week. The bulk of the hours are before and after school, approx 6:30am - 9:30am and 2:30pm - 8pm (though morning hours can often be extended to help with tasks around the home). Hi there! Mum to a gorgeous 7yo girl, based in Alexandria. We're both working full time, and need help after school hours 3-6pm Tuesday and 330-600 on Wednesdays.
Pick up would be from school, and tbc what activities would be (will firm that up when she starts school) but it could play out like:
- picking her up to take to after school activities
- maybe she has a class onsite and you would need to pick up at 4, and ask would then be for you to perform some light household cleaning from 3-4
- potentially it may involve just taking care of her, taking her to park etc if no activity is on.
We sometimes also might ask you to pick her up plus one friend, as sometimes the parents in her class help each other out. If they were ever to happen it would always be only one kid - but just a heads up on that.
We're looking for a reliable babysitter to care for our happy, art-loving Kindergartener on the rare occasion that we manage to go out for the evening. The job would typically include supervising her bath and getting her into bed, and on occasion if the job starts a bit earlier she may rope you into drawing/colouring with her. Our son is a funny, highly intelligent and warm hearted teenager who experiences daily challenges due to his ASD and ADHD diagnosis. He is highly verbal and often enjoys in depth conversations. He can at times become highly anxious and require support to manage his concerns. He has no physical disabilities. Essentially, our son requires help with daily organisation, meal preparation and outdoor activities. He attends school via correspondence and requires significant support in managing his daily tasks and overall school workload including assessments. He needs assistance and supervision when logging on for exams.
Our son is a fussy eater who is working towards independence when making meals, therefore meal preparation is required as well as teaching our son how to cook his own food. Daily exercise is critical, however he often resists this and so a supportive approach is best here.
Light household cleaning will be required such as cleaning dishes from the day, putting out a load of washing and ensuring our son's room is tidy. At the end of the day, the living area of the home needs to be left tidy.
Candidates must have an interest in working with neurodiverse teenagers. This role requires someone who is patient, kind and genuinely enjoys the company of teenagers. This role suits someone who has previous experience working with neurodivergent teenagers and/or might be studying psychology, social work or teaching at university.
