Meet Merima: A nanny in Caulfield North, VIC

I am a female who has had a number of years of experience as a babysitter, a nanny, and a P.A here in Melbourne and also overseas. I have had a number of babysitting and nanny jobs here in Australia and also overseas in America and Canada (whilst travelling and studying aboard). I have worked with multiple children at once; as young as 10 months all the way to 15 years old, whilst also having the role of managing the house whilst parents have been overseas on business trips or on holidays. I have had the opportunity to also travel with a few families.

Proven ability to provide attentive and nurturing care for young children; proven ability to engage in age-appropriate activities, playtime, and educational games; able to assist with feeding, bathing, and bedtime routines; able to plan educational and enjoyable activities; accompany children to appointments, day-care, playdates, and outdoor activities, as needed; able to perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and tidy home environment; able to manage laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and organising clothing and liens; able to keep kitchen and common area neat and organised; proven ability to assist with grocery shopping, meal planning, and meal preparation.

Communication, respect, and trust have played a big role inside each family, which became my core strength. I am organised, attentive to details, calm, proactive, nurturing, reliable, capable of multitasking in a dynamic family environment, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and I know the importance of boundaries.
