Meet Merima: A nanny in Caulfield North, VIC

I am a female who has had a number of years of experience as a babysitter, a nanny, and a P.A here in Melbourne and also overseas. I have had a number of babysitting and nanny jobs here in Australia and also overseas in America and Canada (whilst travelling and studying aboard). I have worked with multiple children at once; as young as 10 months all the way to 15 years old, whilst also having the role of managing the house whilst parents have been overseas on business trips or on holidays. I have had the opportunity to also travel with a few families.

Communication, respect and trust have played a big role inside each family, which became my core strength when offering my experience to the table. Working as a nanny has given me a lifelong skill of discipline, focus, integrity, patience and perseverance, which are tools I carry into every household. I am reliable, I can work in fast or slow pace, I can work individualistically, I am organised and I know the importance of boundaries.
