Meet Laura: A nanny and babysitter in Malvern East, VIC

Hi, I'm Laura from Malvern East. I finished high school in 2023 and have taken a gap year in 2024 to work and travel. I have recently returned from 6 months of travel as well as 2 months as an au pair in Spain with kids aged 4-10 years. I have had experience in babysitting since I was 14 years old for local families which has enhanced my problem solving skills. I enjoy looking after kids, playing board games, basically all sports and being creative. I have a Working with Children Check, P2 (green) Drivers Licence, Anaphylaxis Training Certificate and my own car (Toyota RAV4).

I will start studying Bachelor of Business at RMIT in March 2025 and have a casual job at the local pub. I am free during the week, weekends and over the school holidays.
